National Night Out, celebrated the 1st Tuesday in August, is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
The event held at Willow Creek Park in Bellevue, WI, on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, was a night of fun and festivities with the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, the Village of Bellevue, and many other community-minded organizations.
The Easter Egg Bonanza was held Saturday, April 2 at Josten Park for children ages 2-8.
Thank you to the event volunteers from the Brown County Sheriffs Department, Bellevue Lions Club, Junior Jets 4-H, and Friends of Bellevue Parks. The event was possible by sponsorship from the Bellevue Business & Professional Association, Happy Joe's, and Pepsi.
The Bellevue Business and Professional Association awarded the 2020 Citizens' Award to Mike Vanden Heuvel Farm and the 2021 Citizens' Award to Proko-Wall Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. & Bob Walczyk Jr.
Volunteers from the Bellevue Lions Club served hot chocolate & tended the bonfire while Jackie snapped action shots at the Village of Bellevue annual Family Sledding Night at Josten Park.
We celebrate National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (L.E.A.D.) each January 9th to express gratitude towards the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect and serve their communities.

The annual candy cane hunt event was held on Saturday, December 4th, 2021, at Josten Park.
The Village of Bellevue hid all of the candy canes at Josten Park after hearing the news that the Grinch was planning to turn all the candy canes green!
The Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin, held the annual Trick-or-Treat Trail on Saturday, October 16, 2021 along the wooded trail at Josten Park.
Businesses, organizations, and community groups dressed in costumes and decorated a designated space along the wooded trail to provide candy and giveaways to the trick or treaters.
As a community we honored Veterans, Police, Fire Fighters, and EMT’s, at the Proko-Wall Recognition Ceremony & Picnic held Saturday, September 11th, 2021, at Prince of Peace Church in Bellevue, WI.
