2022 Josten Playground Accessibility Path

A continuation of the Village’s work towards ADA compliance throughout our park system. The path increases accessibility around the perimeter of the playground, and decreases the wear and tear on the turf. As a highly utilized park, the encircled playground area will help maintain & retain the playground surfacing material in place to prevent injury from falls. With a safer environment for park patrons, as well as reduced runoff of the playground surfacing material, provides this project a high return on fun, function, and finances.
